Enrolment and admission requirements


The Master will take place entirely in Luxembourg at the Training Centre of the” Chambre de Commerce de Luxembourg” (7, rue Alcide de Gasperi). Classes are held completely in English. The Program is intentionally operational and it will require a strong interaction among the participants.
The teaching methods include:

Classroom activities - Case histories and guided discussions, Role Playing (Simulation of banking activities in the various sectors) – mid-term test and final exams.

The plan also will be integrated by:

Talks by executives of banks and financial companies in Luxembourg, a study day at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, a visit with submission of activities:

  • The European Investment Bank
  • The Court of Auditors of the European Union
  • The Court of Justice of the European Communities
  • European Investment Fund



Projects of internship:

At the end of the training modules, the partners will select the candidates for an internship within their structures.

Minimum requirements to access

Three-year degree in economics/business or legal disciplines or other disciplines with a concentration in economics or finance. To join the master it is mandatory a good knowledge of English, knowledge of French will be a preference element for the selection.


Costs of participation

The registration fee is € 6,500 (3% VAT excluded) and includes: teaching materials, classroom phase, final exams and the issuance of the related certificates, with grades of each module, internship of three months, days of study at the European Institutions and at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The applicant must indicate on the envelope the words "Ref: Master in Private Equity and Investment Funds."
The application consists of:

  • Application form duly filled;
  • Resume and letter of motivation;
  • A copy of the certificate of graduation with details of exams and their votes;
  • A declaration upon the honour and / or certificates / diplomas that demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Three passport-size pictures.

Scholarships:
It is possible to get scholarships to cover all or part of the programme. To participate to the selection of one of the scholarships you must fill in the part shown on application form and possess the necessary requirements.

Criteria for the award of scholarships:

a. Three-year or Five-year degree;
b. Graduation result;
c. Max Age: 26 years;
d. Good knowledge of English;
e. Any publications;
f. Knowledge of French language.

In case of parity the decision will be based on the family income.
If the graduation result is not at least 110/110, it will be possible to get only one of the partial scholarships.
